Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta has teamed up with Visit Albuquerque to help our guests avoid congested traffic and parking conditions near Balloon Fiesta Park. There are several Fiesta Express remote locations to choose from. Save time and money. Ride with us!

 Cottonwood Mall (10000 Coors Bypass NW)
   Park in the northeast parking lot near Seven Bar   Loop and Coors Bypass NW

 Intel (1600 Rio Rancho Blvd. SE)
   Use southern parking lot. Enter lot at either Westside Blvd. or 21st Street 

Coronado Center (6600 Menaul Blvd NE)
   Park at the southwest corner near San Pedro Dr. and Uptown Blvd.

Hoffmantown Church (8888 Harper Road NE)
   Park in the northeast lot only.

Cliff’s Amusement Park (4800 Osuna Rd. NE) 
   Near San Mateo and I-25


IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING CLIFF’S LOCATION:

  • Must pre-purchase tickets on-line AND must have a ticket to board the bus
  • Cliff's will have limited sales due to limited parking at this site
  • No on-site day-of-ticket sales at this location

In case of a weathered out session you may present your scanned ticket for admission at the remote lot ticket booth / office but you will have to purchase a bus only ticket for $12 to board the bus

Evening Sessions: Purchase your ticket any time BEFORE noon of the day you plan to attend

BUS SERVICE TIMES
Morning Sessions:

FROM Remote Lots TO Balloon Fiesta Park: 4:30 AM TO 7:00 AM

  • Inbound service ends at 7:00AM

(Please note: Dawn Patrol is scheduled to launch at 6:00 AM and Mass Ascension is scheduled to start by 7:00 AM)


FROM Balloon Fiesta Park TO Remote Lots:

  • 8:00 AM – 12 Noon FULL SERVICE
  • 12 Noon – 12:30 PM Straggler buses. Each return bus will go to all locations. 


Evening Sessions:
FROM Remote Lots TO Balloon Fiesta Park: 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM

  • Inbound service ends at 6:30 PM

FROM Balloon Fiesta Park TO Remote Lots:

  • 7:00 PM – 9:30 PM FULL SERVICE
  • 9:30 PM – 10:00 PM Straggler buses. Each return bus will go to all locations

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: NO FIESTA EXPRESS BUS SERVICE

IMPORTANT INFORMATION


Q: Do I need a ticket to board the bus?

A: Yes. All tickets must be scanned before boarding the bus. Please bring your print-at-home ticket.

Q: Why are on-site tickets more expensive?

A: Pre-purchasing tickets helps with bus coordination

Q: What if I don’t use my ticket the day I planned?

A: If your ticket has not been scanned it will be good for another session during the 2017 event. There are no refunds.

Q: What if I don't use my Rail Runner / Park & Ride combo ticket the day I planned?

A: The Rail Runner / Park & Ride Combo ticket is valid for the session and day purchased if it is not used it cannot be used for another day/session and will not be refunded.

Q: What if I lose my ticket?

A: Re-print your ticket if possible

A: Go to the remote location ticket booth and they can use your credit card to find your order. Or if you have your ticket on your phone it can be scanned at the remote site.

Q: What if balloons do not launch or glow?

A: In case of a weathered out session you may present your scanned ticket for admission at the remote lot ticket booth / office but will have to buy a bus only     ticket for $12 to board the bus
